How Does the Discount Work

• It applies to the full price of the course. You will find out the price in the consultation session with our team.
• It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• It is not limited to a single use. You can use it for multiple courses, and multiple people can benefit from it. You can come, for example, with a friend or a family member.
• It is also valid for courses in 2027. If you contract the StudyUp loan during the campaign period, you can also use the 20% discount for NewTech Academy courses starting in 2027, after the campaign ends.

What Is the StudyUp Loan From BCR

StudyUp is the study loan offered by BCR Social Finance, through which you can finance your specialization or professional retraining courses. NewTech Academy is already a partner of the program, so you can pay for any of our courses through StudyUp.

What is worth knowing about the loan:

• You can apply if you are between 18 and 45 years old, a Romanian citizen, and domiciled in Romania.
• You do not have to be employed, and you do not need a co-debtor or your own guarantees. The guarantee is provided by the European Investment Fund.
• You can borrow up to 145,000 lei, in installments, and you only pay for what you use.
• You have a grace period of up to 78 months (the duration of studies plus 6 months), during which you only pay interest.
• You repay in a maximum of 10 years, with fixed costs and no analysis, granting or early repayment fees.
• It covers more than the course fee: laptop, equipment, books, rent, transportation, and daily expenses, within a monthly ceiling.
• The application is done online. You need your identity card and documents that certify that you are a student. The granting of the loan depends on the eligibility conditions and the creditworthiness analysis.

Representative example (according to BCR): for a loan of 20,000 lei for 84 months, with 24 months of grace, the rate is 267 lei/month during the grace period and 487 lei/month after that. The fixed interest rate is 11.5% per year, the management fee is 4.5% per year on the balance, and the APR is 17.23%. The total payable amount is 35,582 lei.
