IT Today: Essential Technology News (July 2026)
“A thousand people who trust you will outperform a million who don’t.” (Stephen Despin)
In the zeitgeist of July 2026, we have, on the one hand, a veritable festival of technological launches (especially in the AI sphere): more powerful, more capable, more token-efficient models. This continuous effervescence helps us work and create more efficiently, but, inevitably, it also generates an extremely noisy and crowded digital landscape.
On the other hand, beyond this background noise in the foreground and the general rush for massive audiences, a different, much more human paradigm is consolidating: the rise of microcommunities. More and more voices are saying that, in 2026, the era of solitary influencers and oversaturated social networks is giving way to small groups focused on common interests. Professionals are increasingly choosing to migrate from public digital markets to more intimate spaces: WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, or even LinkedIn groups. In these modern niche “tribes,” the quality of conversations takes precedence, transforming them into true havens of human connection.
At NewTech Academy, we believe that sustainable success in IT is built somewhere at the intersection of these two worlds. Our courses are designed to prepare you for the demands of an AI-dominated job market, equipping you with the skills needed for the jobs of the moment, but they do so by integrating you into a close-knit micro-community. Each study group becomes a personal learning space, where colleagues and mentors become your long-term companions, with whom you can debate ideas and grow your career.
(On the same note, we’ve just launched the new AI Automation Specialist Course, the ideal program through which you can learn to orchestrate the latest technologies, supported step by step by a community of future experts who share the same ambitions.)

4 Marketing Lessons From the FIFA World Cup 2026™: Strategy Beats Budget
A new article published in Inc. shows that the success of campaigns around the 2026 FIFA World Cup does not depend solely on the size of the budgets invested. The four essential lessons are: huge attention does not guarantee sustainable sales; Unfounded audience expansion wastes resources, generating only “expensive noise”; local activations are crucial for authentic connection, and the brands that win are the ones that tell the best stories and adapt intelligently, not the ones that spend the most on ads and activations.
ChatGPT Brings 92% of the Referral Traffic Generated by AI
A recent study shows that traffic generated by artificial intelligence has grown massively, with ChatGPT dominating the market with an authoritative 92.4%. Surprisingly, Claude is moving ahead quickly, overtaking Perplexity. A crucial finding is that over 25% of this traffic ends up on the internal search pages of websites. Thus, companies need to optimize the internal search experience and product data to convert effectively.
Google Search Console Can Now Monitor Social Media Posts

How Much Does the Source of the Creation Matter? Expressiveness vs. Functionality
As the boundary between human and AI-generated creation becomes increasingly difficult to detect, we are facing what some would call a crisis of authenticity. Today, the question “Who created this?” is no longer just a curiosity but a filter to establish trust and a positive attitude towards the digital product.
We no longer judge a work exclusively by the aesthetics or the final result, but we want to know its story, process, and effort. In a market oversaturated with instantly generated content, the label “Created by human” is gradually becoming a top differentiator, proof that behind the pixels there is intention, authentic effort and vulnerability.
However, human authenticity is not a “make-or-break” factor in any context but matters especially depending on the purpose of the final product. As Allie Paschal points out in her article, here we are discussing the difference between expressive creation and utilitarian interface. When we interact with a work of art, a brand identity or a narrative text, we empathize with the author’s experience; if we suddenly discover that a work we thought was human was generated by AI, its meaning is instantly diluted, because the author and the intention behind it actually gave it value, and so it looks like a counterfeit. At the opposite end, if we use an online form to book a flight, we don’t care at all whether the navigation menu was coded and optimized by a human or a machine – we only care about speed and efficiency. But as AI is increasingly integrated into UX/UI to make decisions on our behalf, source transparency may become important even in the functional area.
So the true mastery of the professions of the future will not consist in competing with artificial intelligence, but in knowing when to outsource a task to algorithms and when to let the human spirit take control. As an invitation to reflection for the end of this article, the next time you open an AI tool to streamline a project, stop for a second and ask yourself: “What part of my work needs speed and pure functionality exclusively, and what part desperately needs my inherently unique human footprint, imperfections, and perspective?” Where the answer tends towards the second option, lies your true value, which no technological update will ever be able to replicate.
